I specialize in older adolescents and young adults who are living with difficulties related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, relationships, substance use, and disordered eating.
I draw primarily from CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, schema, and narrative approaches. My work is insight-oriented and utilizes the foundation of a therapeutic relationship to provide safety and meet you where you are. I enjoy challenging clients in a way that feels curious and exploratory to better learn about our own patterns and make changes as needed.
