My goal is to provide adults, couples, teens, adolescents, and children with a safe and productive space to discuss and cope with life experiences and challenges such as grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship ruptures, life transitions, stressors, bullying and more. I strive to aid you in building coping and communication skills, identify desired areas of change, and thrive. I utilize a therapeutic alliance with you in order to incorporate interventions and techniques that fit you and your individual needs leading to a therapeutic experience as unique as you are.
I have worked with couples, individuals, veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and children throughout my years of practice. I earned a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and I practice as a culturally sensitive LPC in the state of Louisiana with a specialization in trauma processing, addictions, and DBT.
