I am currently accepting new clients in-person as well as virtually and look forward to meeting for our first session together. As a therapist with a humanistic approach, I strive to support my clients in their position as the center of their treatment. I strongly believe in a client-centered approach that is focused on individual’s strengths and their capacity for growth and healing. During our first session, clients and I discuss why they are entering treatment, their relevant history, and the issues they would like to address in therapy. Together we identify the approaches that are most likely to meet their needs.

I use evidenced based approaches including CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution Focused therapies, and other treatment approaches to get to the root of the problem. Anxiety, I love being part of individuals' journeys toward creating a place of self-discovery and growth, and I am honored to be part of yours.

Each of my clients has a valued and respected voice in identifying their goals and treatment needs throughout each session. I strive to create an environment which allows clients to share, explore, and manage acute or persistent issues they may be experiencing in their life and help them open new doors to growth and healing.
