I often meet clients when they feel stuck or overwhelmed. I have 20 years of experience helping people heal from the emotional wounds of trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, domestic violence, major mental illness, chronic or terminal illness, and chronic stress. I often work with those struggling to navigate the complexities of relationships, whether at work, interpersonally, or romantically.
In my work with clients, I utilize a combination of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems and Mindfulness based supports, as well as humor and psych-education to help clients achieve goals and create fulfilling lives. While direct in my approach, I always lead with compassion and understanding.
