My virtual practice specializes in care for parents — offering practical strategies for supporting child development, or just general mental health support during the often overwhelming parenting years. Whether you’re on a journey to heal your own childhood trauma, or you’re looking for support so you can best support your family, I believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and that value is foundational in treatment.
