I provide comprehensive and empathetic counseling to individuals of all ages. My in-person practice is most appropriate for children, families, and adults who prefer to meet face to face. My virtual practice specializes in care for parents — offering practical strategies for supporting child development, or just general mental health support during the often overwhelming parenting years. Whether you’re on a journey to heal your own childhood trauma, or you’re looking for support so you can best support your family, I believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and that value is foundational in treatment.
Though no two of my client sessions are the same, I meet each individual with empathy, compassion and insight.
There is no shortage of stressors in today's world, and finding a therapist to work with can quickly become one of them. I offer same-day free 15 minute consultations so that you can get the support you need as soon as you need it.
