My intentions are to guide and support you towards greater self-awareness, acceptance and ease. I work from a person-centered, emotionally focused approach wherein you will be guided to connect mindfully with distressing feelings and patterns of interaction to make room for greater choice as well as new experiences of yourself and others.
My approach is attachment and trauma informed. I also believe that no approach is complete without inclusion of the body. You will learn techniques for establishing a secure attachment within by becoming more aware of and available to all parts of yourself, including your emotions and physical sensations.
I see the therapeutic process as a journey towards greater wholeness and well-being, one that you do not need to take alone. I look forward to traveling with and supporting you along the way.
