I am currently seeing clients both in person and via telehealth. I offer individual and couples therapy for adults, with an emphasis on holistic approaches and nurturing insight. My goal is to provide a compassionate space within which you can be vulnerable and curious, while diving into some self-examination. I believe in working to develop self-awareness, somatic recognition, and creating new boundaries. My approach is eclectic, holistic, and tailored to the individual.
I have 8 years of psychotherapy experience and 13 years in the field of mental health. My therapeutic approach offers a combination of psychodynamic, insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, mindfulness, acceptance-based, feminist and existential perspectives.
