My approach to counseling is trauma-informed and person-centered. I utilize aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), artistic interventions, career counseling, narrative therapy and grief counseling.
I have experience primarily working with adult individuals that face a variety of issues, including relational problems, grief, psychosis, depression, and anxiety.
