Connection Matters. What does this mean to you? For me, I think about connection with my family, friends, nature, and myself. Sometimes we lose our sense of connection. My goal as a therapist is to connect with you on your own journey to find your sense of self.
I provide individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults with various needs; specializing in anxiety, neurodivergence, school-related challenges, depression, and family conflict. Other areas of interest and focus include trauma, LGBTQ+, mindfulness/yoga, and general social-emotional-behavioral concerns.
My hope as a therapist is to help you unpack whatever stressors you face and develop a plan for growth. I value an empathetic and strengths-based approach and look forward to celebrating your successes along the way, however you define them.
