Welcome! First and foremost, I would like to congratulate you on showing up for yourself and beginning this journey of self-growth. After all, that is truly what therapy is about. I believe therapy allows us the opportunity to reflect through the different seasons of life and ultimately our relationship with ourselves. Please feel encouraged for just beginning this process and imagine what the world would be like if we all embraced healthy self-discovery. Although therapy may be viewed as counter-cultural, I encourage you to stand firm in taking care of yourself and evolving into a more authentic you.

We cannot "pour from an empty cup." We must allow ourselves permission to take care of ourselves first and remember that self-care is not selfish. Using a strengths-based perspective, I help empower my clients to navigate and cope with issues they are faced with. My clients learn how to trust and embrace who they are through self-compassion.

Cultivating a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a relational approach of compassion, mindfulness and grace, it is my sincere hope you find this a safe space to allow change to begin.
