Hi! I'm Kristen Sessoms, whether this is your first time seeking therapy, or you’ve done it before, I know that getting started with a new therapist is not easy. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, open space for you to process, release, and learn. Any individual, couple, or family who needs assistance finding their voice can find comfort in the fact that I genuinely desire to see ALL of my clients break any and every chain that has kept them bound. I provide tangible interventions that teach emotional regulation, emotional awareness, and distress tolerance. I want my clients to take something constructive away every session.
I also utilize my personal and professional experience in working with individuals with ADHD. I provide a deeper perspective when consulting with parents who have children with ADHD. I also work deeply with men and women experiencing different transitions in life including parenthood, dating, and relationships. My ultimate desire is to see my clients grow!
