I draw from more than 15 years in psychotherapy, education and spirituality. Psychodynamic formation as well as training in EMDR, IFS, FOT, DBT, EFT, NVC, CBT, SFT, NLP, and other approaches guide sessions. I respect all beliefs and if desired by clients, integrate a psychospiritual approach.

During times of challenge & change we understand the stress, confusion, isolation, grief & perhaps even at times joy that may arise. As trained therapists, Nancy Kessler & I are committed to facilitating a safe space to process what is happening, share cultural traditions/rituals for coping & develop individualized tools to cope & maybe even thrive going forward. Additionally, the group will serve as a mutual resource with the option to continue as a self-facilitated group after our 8 weeks online together. For now the group is on pause, we welcome you to reach out with any questions or with any future interest.
