I specialize in working with young adults who are trying to find their place in the world. Figuring out “adulting” can be stressful. You may feel full of uncertainty and self-doubt, but I can empower you through all of these very normal stages of self-exploration. I work with individuals who are seeking a nurturing presence and who are up for the challenge of being encouraged toward growth and change. Once upon a time, I planned to work in veterinary care services, and I am still an animal-lover. Furry friends are very much welcome to join our virtual sessions!
In my approach to therapy, I am a person-centered cognitive behavior therapist, which means I help you connect the dots between your thoughts and feelings and the way you show up in relationships.
