Hi, I'm Kristen! My clinical focus spans from adolescence through adulthood, specializing in supporting neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) individuals and their families. I work with individuals who experience difficulties related to Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Identity, Self-Image, and Transitioning to Adulthood. Utilizing a strengths-based, person-centered approach, I incorporate talk therapy, CBT and mindfulness techniques to empower clients in their healing journey. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
Drawing from specialized training through the Kennedy Krieger Institute, I am equipped to address a wide range of neurodiversity-related concerns. Whether you're seeking support with executive function difficulties, social skills development, or emotional regulation, I am here to provide personalized guidance and practical strategies tailored to your needs.
