Welcome! I am passionate about working with adolescents and families to support the building of communication, respect, and enjoyment in relationship with each other. I also specialize in the reduction of depression, anxiety, communication issues, PTSD and trauma, and grief. **Currently only accepting telehealth clients**
I utilize Carl Rogers approach to therapy by providing a warm, genuine and understanding environment. Initial sessions include assessment of needs and clearly defining therapeutic goals. My therapeutic interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness (to name a few).
