My goal is to help you identify those strengths so they can be used with intention to reach your desired potential and live a whole-hearted life.
Along with the basics, sessions can include outdoor experiences, Ecotherapy, and Adventure Therapy. Positive psychology is embedded in my approach, shifting focus from problem to solution when you feel ready. I'll hold space when you need a safe, quiet container to process and heal, and I'll be compassionate and honest when you want a reflection.
