I am a champion for purposeful meaningful relationships. I believe we have a responsibility in choosing how we communicate & behave in those relationships. Having worked with various populations including the chronically mentally ill, families in child welfare & teens/adults & families within residential treatment settings I have experienced how the power of communication can heal even the most distant of relationships. I have my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy, am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & I strive to use my knowledge & experience to help others improve their quality of life
I work with adults & teenagers (age 11 & up depending on maturity and willingness to participate) as well as couples. Some areas I focus in helping people include anxiety, burnout, depression, bipolar disorder, leadership skills, personal growth, relationship growth, college mental health, domestic violence, family conflict, suicidal ideation & more.
