I believe in honest and true interactions with others and you can expect honest feedback and open dialogue during each session.
As a therapist I have spent most of the last 2 decades focusing on men’s mental health issues, anger and substance misuse. Since becoming a parent myself, I have also had the pleasure to help many women balance career and family. I know change is possible because I have seen it.
