Through this collaborative process, clients can learn how to take on more challenging aspects of their lives.
I utilize a psychodynamic/object relations framework and many CBT based interventions in my work. This means I am interested in how a client’s past experiences with primary caregivers have shaped their lives. I also provide skills and techniques to help clients change negative thought patterns and improve their current relationships.
