We all long to reach a place of consistently feeling seen, heard and understood. I want to help you work towards reaching this place within yourself, your work and your relationships. There are many things that get in our way while striving to reach this place: feeling overwhelmed by work, grief, loss, past traumas, feeling anxious about the uncertainty of the future, unsure of what to do next. Sometimes we just feel stuck. I am here to work through all of that with you. Relationships: Perhaps you feel disconnected, withdrawn or misunderstood by your partner(s)
Maybe you long to feel stronger intimacy, improve communication or want to explore ways to feel more fulfilled within your relationships. We will develop ways to address any and all of these things. I draw from relational/psychodynamic and skills-based approaches and have completed post graduate trainings for relationships and EMDR.
