If you are experiencing relational challenges, I can help. I bring a warm, patient and quirky personality to help you dig deep into past experiences that are often guiding your current relational patterns. The insight into the “why” brings understanding. Once we understand, we have more grace on ourselves for that difficult change process. The change process heals past wounds and allows greater connections.
I use attachment-focused EMDR and other trauma focused modalities to help you process traumatic events and attachment ruptures. You can except to feel less reactive and more connected in your relationships with EMDR trauma treatment. Because complex trauma work is difficult, I offer extended sessions when we begin to reprocess trauma.
Wherever you are in your therapeutic journey, I understand that it is difficult to trust someone new. Creating a safe, supportive, and relational environment is my focus, as we walk together, at your pace, to reach your goals.
