Hi, I appreciate you taking the time and considering me to be part of your journey. Finding the right therapist can feel like an overwhelming task. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem, or life’s everyday struggles. I utilize evidenced-based theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused modalities, and a strength-based approach to help my clients create and achieve their goals.
My hope is that I can provide support to you, your child, or your family. My goal is to help you effectively process through negative thought patterns and develop healthy ways to cope. I strive to provide a warm, comfortable, non-judgemental environment that allows you to talk openly about whatever the struggle may be.
