I'm a seasoned therapist, a mom of three humans and one dog, a sister, daughter, friend, significant other, a feminist, an ally, a Postpartum OCD survivor and a passionate humanitarian, to name a few. My therapeutic stance is compassionate, warm and non judgmental. I have a strong interest in supporting others in working though shame and pain to better embrace their authenticity, imperfections and all. I'm honored to join you in your journey.
Having personally experienced the intensities of life's joys and sorrows and working in the mental health field for nearly two decades, I offer experienced and down to earth support in facing many of life's challenges. I have particular interest in family/relationship issues, family of origin concerns, life changes and perinatal mental health challenges.
