My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT) I am also working toward trauma certification (CCTP). I encourage folks to not be afraid to try something different and expand their comfort zone. Therapy can get a bit uncomfortable but that is when we see growth!
