I work with children ages 3-18, families, and individuals using brain-based and solution-focused methods to support them through issues related to anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and challenging behavior. I use a strength-based approach to shift environmental factors to build social competence and positive outcomes. I combine systems theory, CBT, and neuroscience to tailor a hands-on approach to create change in the home and school settings.
I am currently under supervision to obtain my LPC under George Enfield, LPC (Lic. No. 0701005107). I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and behavioral therapy using age-appropriate methods to teach clients about the brain and help plan effective solutions. I have an academic Ph.D. in Educational Psychology.
