Kristen has 6 years of experience working with clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Kristen has spent her career working in group homes, crisis centers, and outpatient services. Kristen believes in working with individuals collaboratively to create meaningful change in the client's life.
Kristen utilizes many different interventions from different therapeutic approaches. It is important to her that therapy is tailored specifically to an individual. As of late, Accelerated Resolution Therapy has been shown to be effective for many different disorders, which Kristen enjoys utilizing.
