Hi there and welcome! I provide individual/couples/family coaching services to those who may be struggling with self-esteem, body image issues, eating disorders, emotional struggles, and distorted or limiting thinking. I am passionate about supporting others in improving self-worth, self-esteem, and moving towards a place of empowerment. I will work alongside you to develop goals and do my best to create a path of healing and progression.
I work with clients to identify and address barriers to current struggles using evidence-based modalities and 6 years of experience in the field. I am Level II certified in Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT) and have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
