My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can openly share and explore any challenges you're facing in life. My areas of expertise include various psychological challenges, including Anxiety Disorders, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Life Transitions. I also provider ADHD evaluations for individuals ages 18 and older.
My practice draws upon a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. This allows me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
