I have experience working with teens and adults including the Military, law enforcement, fire department, and healthcare workers. I hope to help individuals identify what is happening in their life journey. I like to take an individualized approach to clients to ensure all needs are addressed. As a therapist, I like to help others reach their goals through individual experiences to help you through a healing journey.
I work with a variety of mental health concerns. I utilize grounding techniques and mindfulness, coping skills, and other types of interventions.
