I have extensive experience working with individuals focusing on raising their awareness of ways to work through heightened mood and anxiety symptoms. I work to create a space where they can learn and practice healthy coping skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, ways to challenge negative thinking patterns, and techniques to build overall self-esteem.
I believe in utilizing an individualized approach, tailoring each treatment to fit the needs of the individual I am working with. I pull techniques from CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy and present them in a creative, fun, and interactive way. I also specialize in behavior modification and working with guardians to establish consistent expectations.
