I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and trauma focused techniques. I have experience working with a myriad of mental health diagnoses, including, but not limited to, trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, and depression.
My hope is that the counseling relationship provides you with the security to feel comfortable in your own skin, valued, and understood. I believe that with these abilities you will be able to move towards your authentic self.
