I believe that therapy is a space for us to work together in exploration, growth, and play. I strive to support people through identifying the ways trauma manifests in their bodies, the impact of relationships and systems on their identities, and the connections between past and present. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults around issues of identity, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, gender and sexuality, body image and relationship challenges.
My practice is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theories, and incorporates elements from somatic mindfulness, creative arts therapies and DBT. I believe in affirming the unique intersection of your identities, and integrating them into our work together.
