Do you often feel weighed down by feelings of anxiety? Feeling overwhelmed, but unsure of where to even begin? It is my great passion to meet people where they are and support them through the challenges they face. No struggle is too large or too small. Together, we can work on strategies that support you in managing these feelings while also pursuing your best self. I know that no single approach is right for everyone. I have been trained in a range of modalities. I studied at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Louisville, where I ultimately obtained my Masters of Science in Social Work.

I continued on to obtain my independent licensure, in addition to a supervision licensure. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology, with a certificate in Addiction Studies and Deaf Studies. I have worked in the field of client interaction for eight years. I look forward to working with you!
