I've been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts since 2018 and National Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2016. I have 11 years experience in the community mental health sector.
I utilize a mix of evidence-based treatment interventions, which I tailor to your identified need areas. Sessions are led with warmth and compassion. I value your feedback and will tailor the pace of the counseling process to your comfort level while also gently challenging you to grow into the life you envision for yourself.
In the past five years, I have held leadership roles at various organizations. I am trained in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in Behavioral Medicine.
