Looking for an individualized and collaborative approach to therapy? I'm passionate about helping others identify and integrate all pieces of themselves in order to feel more whole. We will work not only to improve your current coping skills and life functioning, but also to create a life of intention and meaning. *Although I'm not taking new clients at this time, I do supervise and oversee several therapists in training. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, those in non-monogamous relationships, and those experiencing gender and sexuality concerns. I also specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, self-harming behaviors, and spiritual concerns.
I enjoy working with clients in all stages of therapy. Whether you are new to the process or a therapy veteran, I will join with you to clarify and work toward your goals. We'll work to identify the root causes of suffering and rework old thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that have kept you stuck. We'll create space for new patterns and change.
