Currently accepting new clients! My practice is primarily focused on working with couples that are struggling with their relationship and communication. I also work with individuals who are struggling with relationships. In working with couples, I am careful to ensure that everyone in the room with me feels heard. I work with couples dealing with communication issues and trauma, as well as couples who want to deepen their connection. I am also trained in EMDR and aim to treat trauma within both the individual and couple's context.
I am trained to help individuals and couples develop skills that they can use to navigate their day to day issues and points of struggle. However, I also believe that it is important to understand and acknowledge emotions. Therefore, I aim to help create a skills-based foundation while also navigating what may be underneath.
