My name is Krista Gerdts, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) based in Santa Monica, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, and Narrative Therapy to help my clients navigate the more difficult parts of life and live the lives they’ve always wanted.
My therapeutic approach works best for adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship struggles, coping skills, panic attacks, and sleep. I support you along your path in finding the skills, confidence, and inspiration to manage life’s greatest challenges.
