Even though healing is hard it can also be an exciting, playful, and soul expanding journey! I am trauma trained and informed (ART, EMDR, Flash method, IFS) and approach therapy from an integrative and experiential standpoint. “If we climb high enough, we will reach a height from which tragedy ceases to look tragic.” (Yalom).

I am certified in grief, AANE Couple's Counselor, Sexual trauma, Childhood trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, emotional abuse, and attachment wounding. I work mostly with adults, couples, groups, and families.
