Are you looking for Behavior Therapy with a holistic, goals-driven, and values-oriented approach? Through the use of behavior-analytic principles, I support the development of active self-listening, self-compassion, grounding, psychological flexibility, and emotional regulation skills to better understand and manage thoughts, feelings, and actions and promote positive behavioral shifts. At Thriving Lives I support my clients to do more of the things that bring joy and growth and less of the things that are getting in the way! Services across the lifespan include Clinical Behavior Analysis for challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, ASD, stress, disruptive behavior, sensory imbalance, impulsivity, inattention, and sleep disturbance as well as wellness supports related to personal health promotion through mindfulness, diet, and exercise modification.
As a sole practitioner, I utilize over 20 years of experience in education and human services to partner compassionately with each individual or family to support positive behavioral and emotional growth, strength and joy.
