With 20+ years of experience working with children and their families, I believe every client deserves a safe, healing place to work through life's difficulties. I assist individuals, families and couples with creating opportunities and finding solutions in relationship with themselves and their support networks. As a result my holistic approach, strives to provide clients with proactive, integrative strategies to achieve overall mental well-being.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and use both measurement and evidence based interventions. I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and as a provider of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I provide proactive parenting strategies for children 2.5-7 year olds & PCIT-OC for 8-11 year olds.
I have been dedicated to working with individuals, children and families since 2001. My hope is to support clients, their families and communities in achieving overall mental well-being through identifying solutions for social & emotional functioning. I believe in supporting vulnerability to build resiliency in all life stages.
