As a therapist, I assist clients with developing their individualized goals and offer tools that can be implemented in their lives. I take a diverse therapeutic approach incorporating multiple models, e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamics.
