I meet clients where they are at in their life’s journey and use a combination of proven therapeutic techniques, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation, to help them create goals, draw boundaries and live their best life. I work with various diagnoses, including schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD.
I believe in active therapy. Clients are encouraged to work on their skills and tools between sessions to adapt to behaviors and thoughts that benefit their goals and life. Therapy is not always an easy path, but the value of developing yourself into a more content individual is worth the investment. All insurances accepted.
