My mission is to help you become unstuck. I believe that true healing and change happens in the context of safe human connection, compassion and understanding the patterns of your mind & body. I will help you step into a life of thriving rather than surviving. I address the core issues in order to find freedom from the areas of life that are holding you back. Incorporating an integrated and holistic approach that addresses the brain body, core beliefs, emotions and the autonomic nervous system we will begin the process of moving you towards your most authentic, whole and fulfilled life.
I am trained in some of the top modalities that are trauma informed. I am a Somatic Experiencing (SE) Practitioner. I utilize SE, EMDR, Polyvagal, & Attachment theory, IFS, and Pia Mellody’s Model to promote lasting change. I spent several years working at the Meadows, a world renowned treatment center where I was trained by some of the best in the field.
I believe at the core of our being is the need to belong, connect and to feel truly seen and heard. As humans we need safe connections to ourself and others.
