I strive to provide practical and effective psychology services. My training and background is in providing treatment for teens and adults with issues of anxiety, depression, coping with injury or loss and general adjustment to changing life circumstances. I have additional specialized training in performance psychology and work with athletes and others who work in high stress, demanding positions. My practice is designed so people can be seen in a timely manner and be involved in designing a plan that best meets their needs.
I am providing in person and virtual sessions via a medical platform called doxy. https://doxy.me/dreiring. I have a niche specialty of working with athletes and other high performers (business, medical, etc) in stressful environments.
The best counseling occurs when there is a good match so I encourage people to make sure working with me feels like a good fit.
