I have over 25 years of counseling experience working with individuals as well as couples and families. I use a solution-focused approach as well as CBT (change your thinking and you will change your behaviors). With adults, I specialize in facilitating conflict resolution as well as working with couples on relationship issues. I offer premarital counseling as well. With children, I specialize in anxiety. I have extensive experience working with ex-spouses on co-parenting and have worked with children for 27 years. I am also certified in advanced family mediation and have experience in mediating child custody and divorce cases.
Topics for therapy may include depression, anxiety, conflict resolution, divorce recovery, relationship issues, family issues and conflict, as well as trauma and behavioral issues.
