I can help you recognize patterns, process trauma (I'm an EMDR Therapist), explore unresolved/suppressed experiences that might be causing barriers, identify the joys and stressors in your life, and help you build healthy relationships.
I will help you with self exploration to get a deeper understanding of who you are now and help you envision what you would like your future self to be. I will meet you where you are in life right now. I offer individual and couples sessions, EMDR sessions, and pastoral care/direction (spirituality is not interweaved into therapy unless requested).
