There comes a time when we get tired of feeling stuck in the same old patterns. We suddenly see our lives clearer, realizing we’re no longer satisfied and yearn for change. My approach is depth oriented and anchored in authenticity, tact, and curiosity. I provide a safe and trusting environment for us to collaboratively build an understanding of you and your difficulties. Together we can explore and work through the underlying factors determining your daily actions, thoughts, and feelings, to open you up to freedom and choice!
I draw from psychoanalytic, cognitive, and eastern spiritual modalities, with a strong relational style. My experience is rooted in working with symptoms of depression, anxiety, troubling personality concerns, relationship difficulties, and self esteem struggles.
