My name is Konstance Kirby, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I specialize in working with disadvantaged children, adolescents, and adults. I have obtained vast experience assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, low self-esteem, and mood disorders. I was trained as a family systems therapist and practice short-term, goal-orientated treatment to help people reach their goals quickly.
I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for individuals to learn how to counter negative thoughts, regulate emotions, tolerate moments of distress, communicate effectively, and mindfully stay within the present moment. My ideal client would like to learn these skills in order to manifest their ideal life and be the best version of themselves.
My communication style is personable, accommodating, and clear. I want my clients to have a genuine and sincere feeling during the session, and I pride myself on my ability to offer a safe space for clients to do so.
