My approach is guided by curiosity, warmth, humor, authenticity, and collaboration. I combine several approaches in my practice including techniques from relational, behavioral, and somatic experiencing. I believe that you are the expert on your experience and your journey and will honor that truth throughout the process.
As a trans and queer clinician, I work from a postmodern feminist and intersectional lens where we identify the systems that have negatively and positively impacted your life and identities. I am passionate about supporting members in the LGBTQIA+ community on their journal of radical self-acceptance, integration, and reclaiming pleasure and play.
