In our work together we will both engage the symptoms you are experiencing AND trace their historical connections so that you can access a more transformative and holistic healing.
I utilize an eclectic mix of interventions from different somatic and trauma-informed modalities (EMDR) to help each person address the struggles that keep them from being able to change and heal in life.
